Come discover Russian River Valley's hidden treasures during the inaugural West County Open House. A handful of artisan wineries located along the Highway 116 corridor will welcome the public to celebrate the 2010 harvest.

For the first time ever, this one-day event will feature wineries located in the heart of the Russian River Valley and offer a day filled with their specialty wines, laughter, fun, and the chance to reap the rewards of harvest with celebratory pricing on select wines.

The wineries of West County that will be participating include Balletto Vineyards, Dutton Estate-Sebastopol Vineyards, Dutton Goldfield Winery, HANNA Winery, Marimar Estate, Russian River Vineyards and Taft Street Winery. These small, family-owned wineries are all located within 2 miles of each other and this event is the perfect venue for wine enthusiasts to visit and enjoy a day in the western region of Russian River Valley.

The Balletto Tasting Room Grand Opening celebration was held on August 6th. Over 500 people attended the celebration which was kicked off the night before with a thank you dinner for wine club members. The tasting room is located at 5700 Occidental Road, Santa Rosa.
