In the mouth there's a rich and lush texture followed by mouth-watering, strawberry-rhubarb pie flavors. It finishes with light oak influences of vanilla, toasted spices and white pepper.
This is layered and textured with a rich and elegant mouth feel.

Vineyard: The Burnside Vineyard sits high in the hills west of Sebastopol. Its growing climate is dominated by coastal fog influences that keep this site cooler, steep and rolling hills and Goldridge sandy soils that drain excess water away from the vines. This is one of those rare locations were Pinot Noir can ripen slowly and produce wines of great depth and distinction.
Soil: The soils at our Burnside Vineyards are predominately Goldridge soil.
Other Information: This wine was barrel aged for 10 months in French oak, 40% of which was new.
Total Cases Produced: 300
