2006 Balletto Pinot Noir
As grape growers first, we strongly feel that with good grapes comes good wine. It all starts in the field. With the help of winemaker Dan Cederquist, we feel we have created another wonderful Pinot Noir.
This wine has a medium ruby red color, aromas of red cherries, strawberry jam, and spicy oak with hints of watermelon and apricots. The flavors are Bing cherries, boysenberries and oaky wood spice with hints of vanilla. This Pinot has a smooth and round mouth feel, rather full bodied for a lighter red - deceptively rich!
