 
2005 Balletto Zinfandel
This is the third vintage of Zinfandel from our winery. The grapes for this wine come from our
vineyard located in an area of the Russian River Valley known for great zin. As grape growers first,
we strongly feel that with good grapes comes good wine. It all starts in the field. With the help
of winemaker Dan Cederquist, we feel we have once again produced an excellent representation of Russian
River Valley Zinfandel.
Aromas are spicy berry, strawberry, cranberry and fig. The flavors are red berries and cassis. The
wine is bright, intense and medium bodied with good acidity. Shows true Zinfandel characters. Enjoy!

Soil: Silty sandy loam
Other Information: Our grapes are picked and sorted by hand. This vintage was aged ten months in 100% American Oak barrels. Only 1,388 cases handcrafted.
