2005 Balletto Estate Pinot Noir
This is the fifth vintage for our Winery. As grape growers first, we strongly feel
that with good grapes comes good wine. It all starts in the field. With the help of
consulting winemaker Dan Cederquist, we feel we have once again produced an excellent
representation of Russian River Valley Pinot Noir.
This wine has a beautiful ruby red color. Aromas are of black cherry, raspberry, blueberry,
white chocolate, and spice. The flavors are wild cherry and berry with spicy oak, vanilla and a
hint of chocolate. This wine is well balanced, medium bodied with long lingering flavors of
berry and spice.
