2005 Chardonnay
This is the fifth vintage of Chardonnay for our winery. As grape growers first, we strongly feel that with good grapes comes good wine. It all starts in the field. With the help of wine maker Dan Cederquist, we feel we have produced another excellent representation of Russian River Valley Chardonnay.
This chardonnay is a beautiful golden straw color that is rich, full flavored with a lively acidity that creates balance and elegance. The aromas are those of green apples, cream, butter, honey suckle, vanilla & sweet oak. The flavors are Golden Delicious apples, crme Brulee, and buttery oak. This wine is rich enough to serve with lobster, roast chicken or anything in a cream sauce. Enjoy!

Soil: We have three different soil types on which our grapes are grown. They are Wright Loam Shallow, Clear Lake Clay and Blucher Fine Sandy Loam.
Other Information: Aged 9 months in 100% French oak barrels. 100% ML.
